I feel for ya—I have the same problem. I use a white noise machine and a pillow over my head. My sister has good results with ear plugs but I never have. Good luck.
For the noise you can use ear plugs or even your IPod the vibration is just about impossible to get rid of…my husband could snore for England I can eliminate the noise but not the vibration…
