Pure Sleep mouthpiece,nasal strips and sprays don’t work. tape your mouth closed so you won’t snore
you can not really tell whether a product is effective or not for you unless you try it yourself…since it depends on how severe your condition is or what is causing the snoring in the first place…there are people who swears that mouthpiece works for them while there are some who reduce snoring just by using anti-snore pillow or throat sprays.
If the cause of your snoring is the muscles which are located in the throat relaxing, then its a good idea to buy a mouthpiece.The mouthpiece prevents the lower jaw from falling back and thus stops the muscles from relaxing and blocking the airway which causes the snoring noise.so buy a mouthpiece with repect to the size of your mouth
By the way there are other ways also to quit snoring without buying a $50-$60 mouthpiece.check them out
